Seair Announces Chief Operating Officer

Seair Inc. (TSX VENTURE:SDS) ("Seair"or the "Company") is pleased to announce (subject to regulatory approval) the appointment of Mr. Jason Schoenfeld as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective February 11, 2013. Mr. Schoenfeld assumes the septic and diffusion operations of Seair from Chris Kinasewich who left the Company on January 31, 2013 to pursue other interests.

Mr. Schoenfeld is a Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience in oil and gas operations and project management. He has worked as an Operations Engineer for various oil and gas companies throughout his career, along with performing Engineering duties for various clients through his own consulting company. Since 2005, he has worked as the Operations Manager for Southpoint Resources Ltd., Pilot Energy Corp. and most recently, WestFire Energy Ltd. Mr. Schoenfeld is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
