Seair Announces Partnership With Enviro-Tech Systems in IGF Oil/Water Separation Product Line

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 3, 2014) -

Seair Inc. ("Seair" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:SDS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agency agreement with Enviro-Tech Systems of Covington, Louisiana ("Enviro-Tech") to market its oil/water separation systems and will be proceeding with a strategic partnership with Enviro-Tech to enhance Enviro-Tech Systems' Enviro-Cell, Induced Gas Flotation oil/water separation unit with Seair's patented diffusion technology.

Seair Inc. CEO Jeff Seibert states, "We are very pleased to enter into this arrangement with Enviro-Tech Systems. With both Seair and Enviro-Tech Systems being technology leaders, this partnership uniquely positions us to capture business for IGF systems in the Oil & Gas industry. We have seen significant interest from our customers in trialing this new product and look forward to bringing this product forward in Summer 2014. Seair has previously worked with Enviro-Tech Systems on a combined 10,000 bbl/day system and we were very impressed with the results - and we know our customers will be as well."

"We are thrilled to have an established company such as Seair join the Enviro-Tech Systems' team," stated Enviro-Tech Systems LLC Director Frank Richerand. "In structuring our company in various Oil and Gas regions throughout the world, Enviro-Tech Systems sought best available technologies that complement and further enhance our systems. Seair, being a Canada based company and a true performer with our products, seems an obvious next step in the progression of our companies' quest to provide innovative solutions to the Oil and Gas industry."

The Enviro-Cell, Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) is a highly efficient oil/water separation technology that relies on small bubbles to adhere to oil droplets, which then separate from the water and can be skimmed off and reclaimed or disposed. Enviro-Tech Systems' existing technology has given them a market leadership position in offshore applications. By enhancing its products with the addition of microbubble diffusion technology from Seair, both companies hope to bring the enhanced Enviro-Cell product line to new terrestrial markets that require even higher levels of separation.
