SeaMicro Continues Rapid Growth: Opens New World Headquarters, Expands Executive Team

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - May 31, 2011) - SeaMicro, the pioneer in low power server technology, today announced important milestones in its continued rapid expansion with a new 68,000 square-foot headquarter in Sunnyvale and the hiring of Neena Pemmaraju for its newly created position of vice president of Solutions and Technology.

Neena Pemmaraju joined SeaMicro in March 2011 to lead its advanced technology and solution teams. Neena brings nearly 20 years of engineering, product management and business development experience to SeaMicro. Most recently she was vice president of Strategic Relationships at Force10 Networks. During her 10 year tenure at Force10, Neena's roles included hardware architect, director of engineering, director of product management, and most recently, vice president of product management. Prior to Force10, Neena spent five years at Cisco in the GSR/CRS group designing high performance ASICs and four years at Intel designing microprocessors and servers.
