Seamless Completes Ownership Structure Transition

Ownership Change Will Support Accelerated Expansion Into New Geographies and Solidify Position as the Leader in Mobile and Online Delivery and Takeout Ordering

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Oct 29, 2012) - Seamless North America, LLC (www.seamless.com), the leading mobile and online service for ordering delivery and takeout food from more than 11,000 restaurants in the US and UK, today announced that ARAMARK has approved the spin-off of its interest in Seamless to ARAMARK shareholders. The new ownership structure, which will continue to include Spectrum Equity as a key equityholder, positions Seamless to further accelerate its geographic expansion and continue the evolution of its leading suite of services to diners, restaurants and enterprise clients.
