Seamless Internet to Begin Ad Campaign for "Name the Next Gen Device" Contest on BusinessWeek Technology and CNET Sites

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 22, 2006 -- Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (OTCBB: SLWF) subsidiary Seamless Internet Inc. today announced that this week the company will begin an advertising campaign on BusinessWeek Technology and CNET web sites to drive awareness of, and entries in, the company's "Name the Next Generation Mobile Communications and Computing Device" contest. The ad campaign will run through the end of May 2006. The current working name for the device is PPC. The majority of entries to date have come from company shareholders and the Company is seeking additional naming input from the technologically savvy readership represented by the BusinessWeek Technology and CNET sites.

Interested contestants may view the current working model of the PPC and enter their suggestions for chances to win the first production units and a free year of communications service by registering at www.slwf.net: Contest Entries must be received by 12:00 PM, May 31st, 2006.

Seamless is redesigning the PPC, which won a Consumer Electronics Show "Best of Innovations" award, as a portable business computer measuring only 5" x 4" x 2" and weighing less than 12 ounces that offers a full-fledged computing platform with communications and entertainment functionality and a very functional fold-out almost full-size keyboard.

In addition, Seamless Peer 2 Peer announced that due to unprecedented demand for access to the company's Phenom 3.0 P2P Virtual Private Network Software Alpha and Beta Testing Program, the company will be modifying the testing date scheduling in order to accommodate the varied schedules of their most highly desired test participants. New public test schedules will be forthcoming.

Vertical markets addressed through the Alpha test will be Government & Military, Media, Medical/HIPAA compliance and Beta testing for Shareholder/SOX compliance.
