Seamless Peer 2 Peer Reports on May 31, 2006 Update Call Content

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 1, 2006 --Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc.'s (OTCBB: SLWF) subsidiary, Seamless Peer 2 Peer, today reported information discussed on the teleconference update call conducted on Wednesday, May 31, 2006.

On the call for media, analysts and investors, Lucanas Rippy, President of Seamless Peer 2 Peer, discussed the following information:

1.  That Phenom™ Version 3.0 will be launched in the mid-July 2006 time
    frame and available for sale and that the next Version 3.5 will be
    available before the end of calendar year 2006;
2.  That Phenom V3.0 will be marketed through retail, wholesale and direct
    to end user channels;
3.  Phenom V3.0 price point will range from $49.95 to $149.95 depending on
    license and capabilities mix;
4.  Phenom tech support will be based in the United States and will be
    available 24/7;
5.  That the company projects strong revenue for Phenom within the four
    quarters following launch based upon current interest expressed in
    the Phenom software.
