In this role, Sean will apply 20 years of executive management and leadership experience and an extensive track record designing innovative business solutions to enhancing the company's business acquisition process and client portfolio.
Prior to joining Cognosante, Sean served as Vice President of Capture Management at NCI, Inc., where he helped refine the company's acquisition methodology and initial capture training while leading cross-functional teams in solutions development. He also served as Lead Capture Manager within General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc.'s Health and Civilian Solutions division, providing capture management support to effectively bid on contracts typically valued at more than $100 million. Sean has also held senior business development positions with TMA Resources, Inc. and Newbury Networks, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from The College of William and Mary.
