(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) (NASDAQ: SHIPW) announced that it has posted today on its website the Annual Report to Shareholders that it filed on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 24, 2010 (the "Annual Report"). Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp., the successor to Seanergy Maritime Corp., is a Marshall Islands corporation with its executive offices in Athens, Greece. The Company is engaged in the transportation of dry bulk cargoes through the ownership and operation of dry bulk carriers.
