ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - Sep 6, 2012) - Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today the results of the annual meeting of its shareholders held on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 at the Company's executive offices.
At the meeting the following proposals were approved and adopted: 1) the election of Mr. George Tsimpis and Mr. Dimitris Anagnostopoulos, as Class C Directors to serve until the 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and 2) the appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. as the Company's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
