SearchHelp, Inc. Changes Name to ECHOMETRIX

New Company Name Reflects New Business Model & Management

SYOSSET, NY--(Marketwire - June 17, 2009) - SearchHelp, Inc. (OTCBB: SHLP) has changed the company name to ECHOMETRIX, Inc. (OTCBB: EHMI) effective immediately.

The core of the company's intellectual property is based on a technology that reads digital content, identifies words and expressions and assigns numeric values that allows interpretation.

A customer road show is scheduled for July to introduce its new technology, called Pulse, and an investor road show to introduce the new management team and its new business model is scheduled for early fourth quarter. ECHOMETRIX will also host quarterly conference calls to ensure that its investor base is informed of the Company's progress.
