SearchHelp Receives Endorsement From Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association

Joint Effort to Educate Parents About Online Risks to Children Will Also Benefit Cancer Patients

SYOSSET, NY--(Marketwire - August 21, 2007) - SearchHelp, Inc., (OTCBB: SHLP), a leading developer of award-winning, web-based parental control software, today announced that it has received the endorsement of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, Inc. (MCOPA) for the Company's "Sentry" line of parental controls.

As part of its outreach to schools, PTAs and communities throughout Massachusetts on a variety of child safety issues, including the dangers of the Internet to children, the Association will distribute safety literature and "Sentry" MCOPA-branded software to all schools and parents at seminars on the subject. These awareness and educational outreach seminars will show parents how they can provide a safer online environment for their children using Sentry software. When schools or parents purchase the product, MCOPA will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Jimmy Fund, which supports research and treatment of children and adults with cancer.

Chief A. Wayne Sampson (Ret.), Executive Director of MCOPA, said: "Parents must take an active role in helping their children use the Internet safely and we welcome the efforts of SearchHelp to provide the tools they need to protect their children from harm. We don't want to tell parents about the dangers without educating them about the solutions and tools that exist in the marketplace. We will show how the 'Sentry' Parental Control software line can help parents keep their children safe online. Through our joint efforts we also hope to raise a substantial amount of funds to support the programs of the Jimmy Fund, which has been our Association's official charity since 1953."

Bill Bozsnyak, CEO of SearchHelp, Inc., added: "We are pleased to receive the endorsement of the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association and to be part of their effort to educate schools and parents about Internet dangers that threaten their young children. And we are privileged to lend support to the Jimmy Fund, which has made a profound difference in the lives of countless children with cancer."

With SearchHelp's "Sentry" products, parents receive instant email on their computers or PDAs and SMS text messages to their cell phones when questionable online activity occurs, allowing parents to pro-actively monitor their children's online activities no matter where they happen to be. These include suspicious instant messages or conversations requesting private or personal information as well as attempts to access inappropriate or pornographic material.
