Seaspan Declares Dividend of $0.3125 Per Common Share for Fourth Quarter 2013

HONG KONG, CHINA--(Marketwired - Feb. 6, 2014) - Seaspan Corporation (NYSE:SSW) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3125 per common share for the three months ended December 31, 2013. The dividend will be paid on February 26, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of February 18, 2014.

Seaspan's managed fleet consists of 105 containerships representing a total capacity of over 800,000 TEU, including 32 newbuilding containerships on order scheduled for delivery to Seaspan and third parties by the end of 2016.
