The SABO ticketing system includes ticketing, marketing, fundraising, CRM and resale functionality. However, SeatAdvisor's anniversary celebration featured a presentation by Chris Snyder, Vice President of Engineering, unveiling new plans for a system redesign.

"We are currently engineering an even more robust version of SABO that adheres to current e-commerce standards and features many new enhancements, both aesthetically and functionally, in our effort to remain competitive in the market place."
There is no formal release date yet for the latest version, as the company is planning for a gradual transition. Last month the company began releasing many new enhancements to its current users. Additional releases regarding the redesign are expected throughout 2014.
