Secure Fortress appoints Rear Admiral David Crocker as COO, Tom Wagner and Phillip Kennett as VP?s, John Borderly as a Director, and Tom Banks as Controller of Zephyr Communications Inc

                         Secure Fortress appoints Rear Admiral David Crocker as COO,
                      Tom Wagner and Phillip Kennett as VP's,John Borderly as a Director,
                            and Tom Banks as Controller of Zephyr Communications Inc

Secure Fortress Plc (PLUS: SCFP; XETRA: SFK) today announces the following appointments for its US
subsidiary, Zephyr Communications Inc,  Rear Admiral David Crocker has Chief Operating Officer, Tom
Wagner as Vice President of Business Development, Phillip Kennett as Vice President of Program
Management, John Bordley as Director of Business Development, Federal Agencies, and Tom Banks as

Rear Admiral Crocker has over 30 years' of leadership experience and is a widely recognized expert in
military strategy, planning and procurement. He has held a variety of senior roles in NATO and the US
military and in overseeing the planning and execution of over 340 operational projects including the
Joint Strike Fighter, the AEGIS weapon system, the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet and the Virginia-class
submarine. He retains his Top Security clearances.

Rear Admiral Crocker joins from Computer Sciences Corporation, where he was Director of Business
Development for Joint, Navy & Marine Corps Programmes, as well as NATO and accompanying joint forces
requirements, and was responsible for programmes in excess of $1.6 billion.

Before that he worked for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, where he was the Director responsible for
Strategic Integration between Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman Corporation and BAE Systems
Incorporated, as well as overseeing nine nations' Ministries of Defense for the Joint Strike Fighter.
He was also the Director for Business Development for Navy, Marine Corp and Coast Guard Aviation
Programmes and led the business development effort for C-130J and P-3 aircraft for all Dept. of
Defense services.
Prior to that, he was the Deputy Chief of Staff, Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic (NATO), where he
developed policy and infrastructure for a programme for all 19 NATO nations and its 26 Partners.

Rear Admiral Crocker is an Adjunct Professor for Leadership at the University of North Carolina,
Wilmington Business School.  He earned a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the
University of West Florida, and a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University. He is
also a graduate of the Navy's Test Pilot School and is a Naval Nuclear Engineer, having completed the
Navy Nuclear Power Training Program at the Naval Nuclear Power School.

Tom Wagner, Vice President of Business Development, joins from Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he
gained extensive knowledge of international sales and marketing.  He is a former Marine fighter pilot
with more than 20 years' experience selling to the U.S. Departments of Defense and State, and prime
defense contractors.

Phillip Kennett, Vice President of Program Management, brings extensive sales, management and business
development experience, having run government sales business units at UNISYS, Gateway, DEC and Sprint.
Mr. Kennett is a certified Program Manager, a National Security Agency certified CSSO, holds a Green
badge for IC access, has Top Security clearances and is extensively connected in the Lead System
Integrator (LSI) community.

John Bordley, Director of Business Development, Federal Agencies, has 16 years of sales
management experience in the Dept. of Defense, Military Aerospace and Telecommunications Industries.
He joins from Encryption Solutions, Inc., where he was National Director responsible for business
development of Government systems.  Prior to that he held a number of senior positions with companies
supplying the Defense industry, has a strong engineering background in hardware, software and network
infrastructure development and has established himself in the intelligence community as a solution
provider with a solid reputation among senior governmental acquisition and technical decision makers.

Tom Banks, Controller, is a CPA with a successful history of establishing appropriate controls and
reporting systems, and of identifying cost reduction initiatives for fast-growth organizations, having
previously been a Senior Auditor for Arthur Andersen.  Mr. Banks has a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
