Secure Passage Announces Strong Third Quarter Results for Automated Security Analysis and Compliance Solution, Expands Customer Base With Key Wins

FireMon is the industry's only fully automated configuration change monitoring, analysis and auditing solution that reduces complexity, decreases the cost of security, and ensures compliance. Secure Passage experienced an increase of 219 percent in global sales revenue over the third quarter of 2008, making Q3 2009 one of the best quarters in the company's history. Year-to-date, the company has experienced an increase of 175 percent over the same period in 2008. In addition, Secure Passage received a strong endorsement from SC Magazine in a recent product review of FireMon eVolution (5.0), the company's newest version of FireMon.

Despite the dwindling economy, the demand for Secure Passage's solutions continues to grow because enterprises who are being forced to address ever-growing security threats and compliance pressures from data protection laws and regulations such as the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Basel II understand they need to do more with fewer resources. During Q3 2009, Secure Passage's channel partners continued to supply customer demand for FireMon from major markets including the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
