Security With Advanced Technology Announces SHOT Show Attendance and Product Introductions

SWAT to Demo New Products at Largest Shooting and Hunting Trade Show

LOUISVILLE, CO--(Marketwire - January 30, 2008) - Security With Advanced Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWAT) today announced that its Veritas Tactical and Vizer Group will be exhibiting and each demonstrating new products at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas, February 2-5, 2008. The Company's booth will be # 22101 in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Initial units of the Veritas Mark-IV rifle launcher will be introduced and featured by Veritas Tactical at the SHOT Show. This completely ground up designed product continues to receive great interest from potential customers for this new agency product. The Veritas Mark-IV launcher has been developed and is being produced for SWAT under an expanding arrangement with Tiberius Arms. The products have been created using what we believe to be the state-of-the-art Tiberius patented proprietary pneumatic air system and rapid change ammunition magazine. The Mark-IV is expected to begin shipping to customers in the first quarter of 2008.

The Mark-IV Less Lethal Launcher is a newly designed product and its features include:

-- Air driven .68 Caliber Rifle
-- Fires a variety of rounds, including PAVA/Pepper, Glass breaker,
Rubber impact, Inert powder training, Indelible ink marking, Clear gel
-- 15 Round Capacity Magazine also houses air canister
-- 7.52 Pounds
-- Billet aluminum body

"We believe that this newly designed weapon will be widely accepted by law enforcement and military agencies around the world. The Mark-IV is a weapons grade non-lethal platform built on a 1:1 scale with the military M-16 and operates with similar mechanisms. This product will be truly the first of its kind and offers users significant advantages over other available products currently being sold in the marketplace," said Ben Cook, Director of SWAT's Veritas Tactical Division.

Vizer Group will also be attending and demonstrating its most exciting and robust facility security product yet, CommandGrid™, which was introduced in beta testing in the fall of 2007 and is now being launched commercially. CommandGrid encompasses the features of several previous generations of Vizer products, including certain AgileMesh and "eLink" benefits into a much expanded turnkey security product. Phase I which was introduced in September includes facilities access control with live video utilizing IP cameras with access verification and access control and changes, all hosted on our secure servers for a monthly per user fee. Phase II of CommandGrid being demonstrated at SHOT Show is focused on Law Enforcement market and on a wireless basis, allows first responders access to not only view a facilities interior video system, but also gives the user the ability to 'lock down' specific doorways and sections of facilities as needed for control. CommandGrid is designed to incorporate most of the features and benefits of large complex facility access and security systems into a cost effective easy to manage system designed for small and mid-sized enterprises. Since the system is web based and hosted on our secure servers, individual users do not need to make large capital investments or increase their IT personnel or IT infrastructure. Security With Advanced Technology's Vizer Group specializes in product design, system design, engineering, installation, and integration of facility security systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and wireless mesh network systems.
