Management's decision to retain VoiceFlix was ratified by the Board of Directors. Seen On Screen TV is committed to increasing their effort to expand their online presence and garner greater E-Commerce market share as the market for online shopping grows. This in turn should increase the company's visibility to current and potential shareholders.
