SEI's Rush Hour Run Raises $20K for Local Charities

Race Has Raised $100K+ Since Inception

OAKS, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 18, 2015) -  SEI (NASDAQ: SEIC) hosted its eighth-annual Rush Hour Run on June 11, 2015. The 5K run draws 550 participants to the racecourse along the Perkiomen Creek. Demand continues to be high for the race, as this is the second year in a row that registration filled up in less than two weeks.

This year the race raised approximately $20,000 for SEI Cares, a 501c organization that supports local charities through grassroots fund-raising and employee volunteer projects. With the funds from this year's run, SEI Cares provided grants to the Spells Writing Lab, Elmwood Park Zoo, and Phoenixville Community Education Foundation. Since its inception, the Rush Hour Run has raised approximately $100,000 for local area charities.

"SEI is proud to host the Rush Hour Run each year," said Dennis J. McGonigle, Chief Financial Officer of SEI. "The run has truly been embraced by the Philadelphia-area running community, and is viewed as a 'must' for runners in our area. I'm delighted that through our employee-led philanthropic organization, SEI Cares, we are able to support local charities year after year. My congratulations and thanks go out to all of the runners. And on behalf of everyone at SEI, thank you to the sponsors for their support and to all of the volunteers for their hard work in making the event run seamlessly."
