Selectica Provides Contract Performance Management for ON Semiconductor to Optimize Use of Its Growing Contract Repository

announced implementation of the first phase of Selectica's Contract
Performance Management (CPM) tool for ON Semiconductor, a leading global
supplier of advanced power semiconductor solutions, has been completed.
Final roll-out of the full implementation, which will include conversion of
a legacy repository of 2,500 contracts to searchable PDFs, is expected to
be completed by early summer 2007.

a granular rights-based security system that lets ON Semiconductor closely
control and monitor access privileges for each user. The solution also
allows the company to use a fax machine to convert paper-based contracts to
searchable PDF files.
