SelectMinds Names Susan Van Klink Executive Vice President of Sales

Corporate Social Networking Leader Expands Executive Team With the Addition of Human Capital Industry Veteran to Drive Global Sales

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - June 13, 2007) - SelectMinds, Inc., the leading provider of Corporate Social Networking solutions, recently announced the appointment of Susan Van Klink as executive vice president of sales. Van Klink reports directly to SelectMinds CEO Anne Berkowitch.

As EVP of Sales and a member of the SelectMinds Executive Team, Van Klink is responsible for growing and managing the company's sales force. In this role, she will also lead the sales organization in opening new client relationships, help evolve the company's go-to-market approach, increase sales effectiveness and practices, and build overall broader business development capabilities.

Van Klink has more than 15 years of experience in technology sales leadership, with a focus on human capital management solutions. Prior to joining SelectMinds, Van Klink was vice president of client sales for Taleo Corporation, a world-class provider of talent management solutions. During her seven years with Taleo, she also held leadership positions in consulting, pre-sales and new business sales.

Prior to joining Taleo, Van Klink held a variety of sales and consulting management roles with CNC Global, Canada's leading provider of customized IT recruitment and resource management solutions, and Bell Canada, Canada's largest communications company.
