Semphonic Announces X Change 2011 Web Analytics Conference Huddle Leaders

Sessions to Be Driven by Digital Analytics Industry Leaders

NOVATO, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 14, 2011) - Semphonic announced today the initial lineup of "huddle" leaders for X Change 2011, the Web analytics industry's premier conference, held this year in San Diego, CA this September 12-15.

X Change is uniquely structured around nearly 60 conversations -- dubbed "huddles" -- among peers on topics including mobile analytics, measuring social media, integrating analytics and CRM, creating analysis with massive amounts of data and addressing the challenges associated with building an analytical organization.

"Huddles are the trademark of X Change," said Semphonic President and Conference Founder Gary Angel. "X Change attendees are sophisticated enterprise managers and practitioners. They want to talk over real experiences, not hear speeches and sales-pitches. By having only enterprise practitioners guide the conversation we make sure they are relevant and deeply informational -- not salesy. It makes for a unique experience."

"As a Web Analytics practitioner I'm always trying to separate signal from noise," said Andrew Bakonyi of HP. "The same process takes place when I decide which conferences to attend. X Change has the strongest signal in all of the conference noise which puts it right at the top of my list."

This year's huddles will be led by digital measurement experts including:

  • Andrew Bakonyi of HP
  • Kiele Cauble of American Airlines
  • Shari Cleary of MTV Networks
  • Colin Coleman of Turner
  • Susan Fariss of ACS
  • Bill Gassman of Gartner
  • Dylan Lewis of Intuit
  • Andy Ma of Adobe
  • David McBride of Comcast
  • Kelly Olin of Nike
  • Bob Page of eBay
  • Ann Poritzky of the NIH
  • Katie Reagan of Marriott
  • Joe Stanhope of Forrester
  • Alice Watson of Macy's

"X Change is a chance to think deeply about Web Analytics and explore new ideas with some of the best minds in the field," said Alice Watson of Macy's. "The intimate retreat-like setting encourages thoughtful and candid discussions among the participants. I always come back with good nuggets or proposals to share with senior management."

Session topics and additional leaders are still being finalized and will be available on the X Change 2011 website. Registration sold out last year and seats are again limited.
