CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--(Marketwire - December 12, 2008) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- In November 2008, Spanish engineering company Grupo Sener (Vizcaya, Spain) started the construction of Solar Tres, a solar-tower power plant with the first molten-salt central receiver and heat storage plant in the world.
