Research and Development

SENSIO reached an important development milestone as it entered into a partnership with a world-renowned company specializing in the design and production of electronic chips. During the quarter, SENSIO and its partner completed the design of the SENSIO®3D chip, thus achieving one of the Company's main objectives in terms of strategic development. Both companies made sure Sensio's code could be integrated into the chip and that it will meet the technical specifications of major electronic manufacturers when the time comes for large-scale production. Through the added value it will provide consumer products of major electronic manufacturers, the SENSIO®3D chip could prove to be a recurring long-term source of income for the Company.

Preliminary development of the new SENSIO 3DLive! encoder was also completed in the third quarter and will allow the broadcast of live 3D events. This technological innovation was demonstrated at the National Association of Broadcasters Show (NAB) in April of 2007. Marketing Activities

As mentioned in the last press release issued by SENSIO on Wednesday April 25, 2007, marketing efforts in connection with the SENSIO 3D chip and targeted at the electronic manufacturing industry were very successful at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas last January.

As a result of the meetings which took place during this event, SENSIO is pursuing talks in connection with the integration of its technology with several major Japanese and Korean manufacturers with the support of Asian distributors.

The technology, as well as its several applications and advantages, was also extensively demonstrated as part of a special event in major production studios last December. Thanks to SENSIO and its technological advances, the movie production industry can now make feature films more effectively and broadcast live 3D events through traditional devices, at a cost similar to 2D. 3D applications on consumer television sets were also demonstrated, thus reinforcing the new television trend and SENSIO's technological ability in catering to the needs of this emerging market. Major Hollywood studios have already adopted 3D with several upcoming theater releases such as Disney's Meet The Robinsons.

Result Presentation

Third quarter financial results reflect the Company's development initiatives, which began their active phase in June 2006, in line with the long-term strategic development plan.

For the nine first months of this year, the Company showed a $1,692 K loss compared to $524 K for the same nine-month period in 2006. The increase in spending, which soared from $827 K for the first three quarters of 2006 to $1,810 K for the nine first months of this year can be attributed to the completion of the SENSIO 3D chip design, as mentioned previously, to extensive marketing and representation initiatives as well as the completion of the Company's equipment upgrading.
