Sentinel Solutions Begins Installing Systems for the Land Lease Community

TORONTO--(CCNMatthews - Sep 29, 2005) -

Sentinel Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SLNC), an emerging company in water monitoring for addressing safety and toxicity for public health, has begun installing the Water Sentinel System (WSS) in Land Lease Communities.

The first WSS that is to be installed for the Land Lease Community will be implemented in the 'home' community of Ontario Manufactured Home Association (OMHA)-Executive Director Mr. James Brothers.

Since the Sentinel's launch a year ago, the company has initiated development of its flagship product, The Water Sentinel. It is a highly configurable, fully programmable computer based system. The Water Sentinel has a touch screen interface and presents itself to be adaptable to any measurable environment and relies upon sub-controllers to give concise and accurate readings. Using this philosophy, the company is ready to monitor and control virtually any process by simply changing the front-end sub-controllers.

The company is currently targeting the Water Sentinel Initiative (Homeland Security Presidential Directive 7, that is being planned in conjunction with the EPA) as well as the mobile park /land lease industry in both Canada and the USA.

The WSS is a computer based process monitoring system with customized software designed to adhere to monitoring and control requirements. The WSS will monitor and gather water data for Chlorine, pH, turbidity, water temperature, ambient air temperature and water flow rate on small to mid-sized commercial water sites. The system has up to 10 analog inputs and 8 digital inputs/outputs. The system will collect and store data to use for a year end report. The WSS will report out-of-limit measurements directly to a centralized server that in turn would notify a technician on call. The WSS is highly configurable and programmable which will allow adaptation to practically any process.
