Serebra President & CEO Invited to Play a Part in 2007 Clinton Global Initiative

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - September 5, 2007) - Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX-V: SLC), a leading e-learning provider, announced that its president and CEO, Ted Moorhouse, has accepted a personal invitation from former United States President Bill Clinton to join the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) -- a non-partisan project of the William J. Clinton Foundation -- and attend the Initiative's 2007 annual meeting in New York City.

Ted Moorhouse was also invited to participate in the CGI annual meeting as a representative of the education sector and to assist with generating new ideas and finding ways to help address the education gaps within developing and developed nations. Education is one of four areas of focus for the meeting, the others being poverty alleviation, energy and climate change, and global health.

CGI gathers together global leaders from a variety of backgrounds to realize change and find solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. Membership in the CGI is by invitation only, and is limited to a select group of heads of state, CEOs, media voices, philanthropists and foundation heads, religious leaders and original thinkers.

Participants at previous annual meetings include King Abdullah II of Jordan, Microsoft's Bill Gates, Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett, Virgin Group's Sir Richard Branson, News Corp.'s Rupert Murdoch and other distinguished and influential world leaders.

Moorhouse said, "I am honoured to have been invited to take part in the CGI annual meeting. CGI plays a valuable role in bringing together global representatives from businesses, governments and other parts of society to address some of today's serious worldwide challenges. I am delighted to attend as a representative of the education sector, and look forward to discussing ways to improve education around the world."

The 2007 CGI annual meeting is due to take place in New York City from September 26th to 28th, 2007.
