JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA and VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 23, 2006 -- Serebra Learning Corporation (TSX-V: SBR), a leading global provider of e-learning solutions, today announced the signing of a sub-Saharan Africa distribution agreement with South Africa's LR Group and its Learning Resources subsidiary for the deployment of EasyLearning across the territory. The EasyLearning program was developed by Serebra to help developing countries overcome the common barriers to e-learning, including low bandwidth, high costs and inconsistent levels of classroom instruction.

The LR Group's mission is to positively help shape the future of individuals and organizations in Southern Africa and beyond. The LR Group has a nine-year track record of delivering positive results to a myriad of the largest companies in southern Africa. The company also works with resellers in Senegal, Kenya, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mauritius, Madagascar and Reunion. With Serebra's EasyLearning, the LR Group plan to bridge the learning gap that exists in Africa by providing portable and effective e-learning solutions.

Moorhouse added, "During my recent trip to Johannesburg, I saw first-hand how professional the LR Group is, and it is no wonder that they win international awards for the customer solutions and service levels to the African offices of Fortune 500 companies."

"Busy professionals need an ever-increasing grasp of a wide array of computer skills, and e-learning helps organizations overcome training challenges, regardless of where they are," said Ricky Robinson, managing director of the LR Group.
