Serenic Announces Stock Option Grants to Employees, Directors and Officers

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 17, 2010) - Serenic Corporation (the "Company" or "Serenic") (TSX VENTURE:SER), an international software developer specializing in integrated financial management and HCM solutions for Non-Profit organizations, government agencies, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV users, announced today the grant of stock options to Employees, Officers and Directors of the Corporation. A total of 221,500 stock options were granted: 75,000 to non-executive employees of the Corporation, 36,500 to each of the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and the Chairman who also act as directors of the Corporation, 36,500 to an independent director of the Corporation and 18,500 to each of the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. Options granted to the CEO, Chairman, the Director and the Officers were granted as director and officer compensation. All options reflect a strike price of $0.34 per share, will vest as to one third (1/3) annually on the anniversary date of the grant and will expire in five years if unexercised. All options were granted in accordance with the Corporation's compensation policies regarding stock option grants, and pursuant to the terms of the Corporation's stock option plan and the appropriate policies of TSX Venture Exchange.
