Fully integrated with Serenic Navigator, BudgetVision usescentralized administration to define global settingsandallowspreparers to forecast, submit, modify and track multiple budgets. Automated processes simplify budget review, tracking revisions and final approvals, while accounting for multiple currencies and conversions.

"Serenic's new BudgetVision helps Navigator customers avoid budget surprises and eliminates the cumbersome, disparate spreadsheets commonly used for budget planning across multiple departments," said Randy Keith, Serenic's CEO and president. "Integrating all financial information in one system with access to centralized data ensures dollars are better tracked and spent most effectively, which is critical to our nonprofit users."

"BudgetVision was developed as a direct result of listening to the voice of our customers," said Serenic's Vice President of Product Management Donna Smiley. "We have held many 'voice-of-the-client' sessions at our users' conference, in one-on-one client meetings, and during online focus group conferences with multiple clients. Our customers helped us define their pain points, so that we could build a solution that met their needs.

"One result of this customer interaction," continued Smiley, "is that organizations with multiple offices, whether within one state or around the world, can take advantage of a decentralized budget process that eliminates the need to email multiple spreadsheets back and forth, then attempt to combine all of those spreadsheets into one final budget."
