Servant Systems Delivers More High Performance Software Features for Molly Maid Customer Care

ANN ARBOR, MI--(Marketwired - May 9, 2013) -  Franchise software developer Servant Systems (www.servantsystems.com) has added new software features to the Molly Maid Customer Care System (CCS) it originally developed in 1992 for the residential home cleaning service franchise.

The newly added Price Increase Module allows franchisees to easily adjust prices based on costs and market conditions. Franchisees can now make regular or scheduled price adjustments with groups of customers rather than making individual or random changes. 

"The 'Outlook release' of CCS was introduced in spring 2013. It is termed the 'Outlook release' because it adds compelling features like calendars and tasks that function much like those of Microsoft Outlook," said Don DeSmith, President of Servant Systems. For example, it lets franchise owners or managers create company-wide appointments, view the calendars or tasks of staff members, and assign appointments or tasks to any staff member, and it monitors the status of all these activities. Users can create one-time or recurring appointments and tasks to organize their work. Managers can also set work days and hours of each staff member to be visible to all users. All this is intended to help franchise staff members improve their coordination and organization as Molly Maid franchisees continue to grow their customer base. At the recent Molly Maid Annual Convention franchisees were thrilled with the new features and their potential for performance improvement.

CCS is an integrated software application that automates Molly Maid's organization of repetitive residential cleanings from initial scheduling through customer payment.
