Tip for Serving Beer on Hot Summer Days - Serve Chilled But Not Ice Cold!
The Ontario Craft Brewers recommend that beer be served chilled but not ice cold. The colder the beer is, the less able you are to detect its range of flavours. If your beer is excessively cold, sip it then let it warm slightly before taking another sip. You'll notice a marked difference in taste.
