Service Executive Industry Board Adds Three Industry Experts to Support the Standards Process and Thought Leadership

Jeff Wells, Paula Summa and Tony Marshall Join the Influential Board

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - March 31, 2011) - ServiceSource®, a global leader in cloud-enabled service revenue performance solutions, and the Service Executive Industry Board (SEIB), today announced Jeff Wells, senior director of service sales & B2B e-Commerce for Symantec; Paula Summa, general manager, inside sales, IBM; and Tony Marshall, vice president, North American services, Motorola Solutions, will join the SEIB, effective immediately.

The SEIB was formed as an independent industry body to share best practices, address industry issues, and shape the future direction of service, subscription revenue and customer value for high tech, healthcare and life sciences vendors.

As an industry expert with more than 20 years of experience in sales and 10 years of service renewals expertise, Wells brings a unique and inside perspective to the SEIB executive board, contributing to the expanding knowledge pool of the founding members. Like Wells, Summa brings more than 30 years of experience to the SEIB and adds a unique leadership perspective from her role managing a 5,000 person team responsible for approximately 11 percent of IBM's total revenue. In addition to Wells and Summa, Marshall also adds more than 30 years of expertise in the service industry from his role as vice president of systems integration and services at Motorola Solutions.
