ServiceSource Announces Further Expansion in APAC and Opens New Global Sales Operations Center in Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA--(Marketwire - Jul 5, 2011) - ServiceSource® (NASDAQ: SREV), the global leader in cloud-enabled service revenue performance solutions, today announced the continued expansion in the APAC region with the grand opening of its new Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) in Kuala Lumpur, marking the company's seventh international outpost and its second in the Asia Pacific region after opening an expanded sales center in Singapore in April 2010. As ServiceSource has continued to expand its operations globally, a major focus of its investment has been in Kuala Lumpur. With this new facility serving as a global sales operations center, ServiceSource will continue to focus on providing customer and renewals business insights to ServiceSource customers worldwide.

In celebration of the opening, ServiceSource will hold a grand opening ceremony with honored guest, Datuk Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria, the secretary-general, Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Malaysia alongside Basheer Cassim, senior vice president and managing direct, Asia, Pacific & Japan at ServiceSource and Jay Ackerman, chief services officer at ServiceSource. Datuk Dr. Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria will discuss the positive impact of ServiceSource solidifying its position in Kuala Lumpur. Basheer Cassim will talk about ServiceSource's growing customer-base in the APJ region and how the opening of a dedicated sales operations facility allows for better customer support and greater growth opportunities. Jay Ackerman will comment on the strategic importance of the Global Sales Operations Center to ServiceSource from a global perspective.
