Effective upon the filing of ServiceSource's 10-K for fiscal year 2012, Johnson will be responsible for all aspects of the global financial organization at ServiceSource and reports to Mike Smerklo, chief executive officer and chairman of the board.
Johnson brings over 18 years of finance, strategy and business development experience to this position. Her background includes both investing and financial operational experience with leading technology organizations. Johnson's global business background gives her an in-depth understanding of ServiceSource's worldwide customer base and operations.
