Seven Arts Inks Distribution Deal With Nikkatsu Corporation

HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - October 5, 2010) - Seven Arts Pictures PLC (NASDAQ: SAPX) announced today the completion of a deal with Nikkatsu Corporation ("Nikkatsu"). Under the terms of the deal Nikkatsu will distribute the motion pictures "Autopsy" and "Nine Miles Down" through a sub-license agreement with AMG Entertainment, a division of Amusement Media Academy.

Both films will be released to the Japanese video markets in the last quarter of 2010. The deal continues a longstanding partnership between the two companies.
