Seven Arts Pictures PLC Announces Procedures for Crest Shareholders to Register Shares in the United States

HOLLYWOOD, CA--(Marketwire - January 28, 2011) - Seven Arts Pictures plc (NASDAQ: SAPX) ("Seven Arts") announced today that all shareholders formerly holding shares on the Crest System in the United Kingdom may register their shares with the new transfer agent, Interwest Transfer, for later transfer of those shares to the electronic transfer system in the United States known at DTC. They may make this transfer by contacting Julie Felix at Interwest at the following information:, Telephone: +1 801-272-9294 ext. 30.
