Seven Corners Awarded 5-Year AmeriCorps Contract

Volunteer Organization Renews With Government Health Benefits Management Administrator

INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwire - December 17, 2008) - Seven Corners, one of the industry's most experienced health care benefits management organizations, announces it has been awarded a second five-year contract by the Corporation for National and Community Service to manage the medical health benefits of the nation's approximately 6,500 AmeriCorps*VISTA and AmeriCorps*NCCC program members. Seven Corners has provided health benefit administration solutions to AmeriCorps*VISTA and AmeriCorps*NCCC since 2003, successfully maintaining high quality services while lowering the government program's net cost of health care.

"In order to best serve the unique health care needs of the AmeriCorps program members, Seven Corners administers a highly-customized plan offering in-depth reporting including detailed cost analyses, claims information and quality customer service," said Donna Rau, Director of Government Programs for Seven Corners. "We provide our government clients, like the Corporation for National and Community Service, with the flexibility to administer customized health benefits and cutting-edge technology to ensure they can make informed decisions about their health care program offerings."

Under the terms of the contract, Seven Corners will continue to provide member eligibility management, customer service, online health care data portals, claims processing, financial management, medical provider network development, bill review, and pharmacy benefit coordination for the Corporation's VISTA and NCCC programs.

"Government leaders like President-elect Obama have promised to expand the AmeriCorps programs and called on all Americans to increase their participation in national service," states Justin Tysdal, Executive Officer and co-founder of Seven Corners. "We in turn have dedicated significant resources to ensure members of VISTA and NCCC have accessibility to high quality health care wherever their service takes them -- today and in the future." This has required Seven Corners to make available extensive provider networks and adapt to the demands of health care delivery to members in remote, rural and urban areas throughout the United States.

"We're excited about our continued partnership with the Corporation and the AmeriCorps programs," stated Tysdal. "Government entities, volunteer service programs and other multi-national organizations are looking for more than just simple claims administration in today's complex health care market. They demand a long-term partner like Seven Corners who delivers a consultative approach on all aspects of their medical health benefits programs."
