Seven Step RPO Announces Continued Growth in Second Quarter 2013

Company Expands Into Denver to Support New Customer Growth and Establish West Coast Presence

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Jul 30, 2013) - Seven Step RPO, a leading provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, announced continued growth in the second quarter of 2013, tracking 88 percent year-over-year growth. Additionally, Seven Step announced two client wins and the opening of its new Denver Delivery Center, which will serve as the Company's hub for West Coast operations.

Highlights from the Quarter:

Customer Wins - Seven Step announced two client contract wins in the second quarter, including one Fortune 10 transportation and logistics company for which Seven Step will handle all hiring of sales staff nationally. A second global manufacturer of agriculture equipment has retained Seven Step to manage the end-to-end delivery of all hires in North America beginning in August of 2013.

National Expansion - Seven Step also expanded its national footprint in June with the opening of its 250-person Denver Delivery Center. Newly acquired Vice President of Client Services, Jason Berkowitz, will operate out of the Denver location, where he will be joined by Strategic Directors Amy Caswell and Ryan Andaluz and several client teams from Seven Step's Boston headquarters. The Company will now service its largest retail banking client out of its Denver location.
