Several New McCormick Products Help With Work/Life Balance

McCormick Canada has launched nine new products to help Canadian households with the difficult work/life balance by providing fast, easy and healthy meal solutions.

A new line of Club House slow cooker seasoning mixes have hit store shelves, adding savoury and hearty flavours to food as it slowly cooks - the first national brand of slow cooker seasoning mixes.

Available for beef stew, pot roast and BBQ pork, the seasoning mixes are easy to use, and offer complete meal solutions with a shopping list and recipe on the back of the packaging. The seasoning mixes contain no saturated or trans fats nor artificial flavours or colours.

The Beef Stew seasoning mix works with the juices from the beef and vegetables to make a full bodied stew seasoned with onion, garlic, black pepper, herbs and a splash of Burgundy red wine.

The Pot Roast seasoning mix teams up with the juices from the meat and vegetables to make a rich, flavourful gravy for mealtime. The gravy is lightly seasoned with onion, garlic, spice such as black pepper and herbs, including basil and bay leaf.

The unique BBQ Pork seasoning mix produces southern US style barbecue flavour that is sweet, tangy and slightly smoky with just the right amount of red pepper heat. The pork roast is so tender that it practically falls apart. It can also be used for a pulled pork sandwich.

Two new rice mixes bring New Orleans to Canada this winter

McCormick Canada has launched two new Zatarain's rice mixes, Smothered Chicken and Rice Pilaf, marking the brand's first anniversary here in Canada.

The Zatarain's Smothered Chicken and Rice Pilaf mixes join three other successful items in the Canadian Zatarain's family: Jambalaya, Dirty Rice and Black Beans and Rice.

New Club House gravy mixes for health conscious Canadians

Club House's top selling gravy mixes are now available with 25% less salt.

The new Club House brown, turkey, chicken and pork gravy mixes do not contain trans or saturated fats , cholesterol nor artificial colours or flavours.
