(TSX VENTURE:SG) ("SG" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate-Lynn Genzel, CA as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Genzel is a Chartered Accountant with both public practice and industry experience with a focus on junior mining and exploration companies publicly listed in Canada and the United States. Ms. Genzel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
