What:   The League of California Cities' 109th Annual Conference opens
        Wednesday, Sept. 5, at the Sacramento Convention Center in
        Sacramento, with the theme "Shaping California's Future."
        More than 1,800 California mayors, council members, city
        officials and staff will be on-hand to discuss important
        issues facing cities.

When:   Wednesday, Sept. 5 through Saturday, Sept. 8.
