Gallatin joins ShareThis from Brand.net, where he managed the company's day-to-day and strategic financing. Prior to Brand.net, Gallatin was a senior leader in the corporate finance group at Yahoo! There, he led analysis and due diligence for partnership deals generating in excess of $3 billion in revenue. He also brings extensive investment banking experience as an underwriter for technology firms during an eight-year tenure at Merrill Lynch.

Hyman is an experienced digital marketer who, prior to joining ShareThis, led the communications and marketing organization at DoubleVerify, Inc. Before that, Hyman headed YouTube marketing at Google, where she grew the company's video and display businesses. She has also held positions in product marketing at Google and Jupiter Research/Jupiter Media Metrix.
