Shaw Announces Television Channel Line-Up Changes- Interior BC and Saskatoon

More HD, Canadian Timeshifting and Sport Channels Added to Shaw's Channel Line-Up

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - April 5, 2007) - Shaw Communications (TSX:SJR.B) (NYSE:SJR) today announced that it will be changing its analog and digital television channel line-ups for specific markets in Western Canada starting April 12, 2007. These channel changes will provide more digital television programming options as well as 50 per cent more HD (high definition) content.

The markets affected April 12, 2007 are:

- Kamloops, BC

- Kelowna, BC

- Penticton, BC

- Vernon, BC

- Prince George, BC

- Quesnel, BC

- Williams Lake, BC

- 100 Miles House, BC

- Saskatoon, SK
