Shaw Launches TSN GO

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Oct. 2, 2014) - Shaw Communications (TSX:SJR.B)(NYSE:SJR) is giving customers another way to enjoy premium sports content with the launch of TSN GO, TSN's TV Everywhere app. Available on iOS and Android devices, TSN GO will give Shaw Cable and Shaw Direct subscribers the ability to access TSN's recently expanded suite of feeds to watch live and on-demand sports content for free with their subscription to TSN.

The app will also allow for live audio streaming of TSN Radio's all-sports stations in Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver and Montreal.

Users can also stay up-to-date on the latest scores and stats from their favourite leagues and teams, catch up on the day's key highlights, and read articles and in-depth features from TSN's team of insiders and experts.

TSN GO is the latest in a selection of 14 TV Everywhere apps available to Shaw customers in Canada. Shaw Cable and Shaw Direct customers who subscribe to TSN's suite of feeds in their cable packages can download the app by visiting shaw.ca/shawgo or shawdirect.ca/shawgo, or by visiting TSN GO online at www.TSN.ca/GO.

As an added benefit, Shaw Internet customers west of Ontario are able to complement their use of the TSN app through the Shaw Go WiFi service. As Canada's largest WiFi network, customers can view this exclusive content in over 40,000 WiFi locations across Shaw's footprint.
