This strong showing in 2013 continues the long-term growth trend for Shepard Bros., which has continuously expanded its sales at an average rate of 6.2% per year for the last 10 years. To keep pace with its rapid growth, the company added a second manufacturing shift and expanded its workforce by 9.0% in 2013.
