Sheridan Ridge Private Reserve: Motorsports Celebrity-Planned Mountain Resort -- February 3, 2007 - 11:00 AM

MOORESVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 2, 2007 -- The principals and partners of Sheridan Ridge Private Reserve will hold a news conference on Saturday, February 3, 2007, 11:00 AM at The Restaurant at Hungry Mother State Park, Marion Virginia, to discuss plans for the 1400 acre mountain resort being planned by some of motorsports' biggest names for Smyth County, Virginia. Carte Blanche Investments, LLC, and Snowden Financial have joined forces to create a unique mountain resort with the guidance of a 15-member advisory board including four (4) Nextel Cup Drivers, Greg and Nan Zipadelli, John Hondros, VP SunTrust Sports and Entertainment Banking, Jeff Hammond, Fox Sports Analyst and the principals of Carte Blanche Investments and Snowden Financial. Advisory board members and partners will be on hand to answer questions from the media. The Smyth County location was chosen from among a dozen other potential sites because of its close proximity to the NASCAR® tracks of Bristol and Martinsville. Balzer and Associates has been chosen as site engineer and is currently completing the Sheridan Ridge Master Plan. In addition to land planning and site engineering, the firm will be the project's construction and landscape architects. The Sheridan Ridge Private Reserve Development Company has negotiated the purchase of more than 1400 acres of pristine mountain wilderness on Brushy and Walker Mountains.

Located in the heart of the Jefferson National Forest, Sheridan Ride Private Reserve will offer its owners and guests a one-of-a-kind camp-like experience. Proposed amenities include "The Mack," an Adirondack-style lodge with over 30,000 sq/ft complete with full-service restaurant, general store and the Earnhardt Tavern. Other amenities include the Hammond Equestrian Center, an outdoor amphitheatre, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, sports fields and activities center with indoor tennis court, Nanny Conner's Community Vegetable Garden, The Hondros Smoking and Dining Pavilion, more than 20 miles of challenging ATV and Motorbike trails, a 2 mile paved walking and jogging track, a trout pond, the Zipadelli Toy Barn, a shooting range, and numerous natural areas for hiking, camping, and mountain biking.

The more than 400 home sites planned in the four (4) Sheridan Ridge Communities will offer owners and residents privacy, mountain vistas and stringent architectural guidelines. Proposed communities include the Cabins, The Lodges, The Villages and The Homesteads. Fully furnished Cabins will be offered starting at $389,000. All buildings will be built following strict architectural guidelines to complement the surrounding mountains. Lodge lots will be located near the heart of the community in close proximity to "The Mack." The Homesteads will be larger tracts offering owners the privacy and security of a second gated entrance. The Villages are proposed townhomes with more than 2400 square feet on three levels.

Sheridan Ridge partners include Lou Ann Earnhardt, Danny Hilton, Thomas Horton, Mark Martin, Randy Snowden and Fox Sports Reporter Analyst Jeff Hammond. The new resort was named for Earnhardt's youngest daughter Sheridan, the lodge for Earnhardt's son, Mack.

The partners are also finalizing plans for a second development, Crescent Lakes, located in Flagler County, Florida minutes from the Daytona International Speedway. This exquisite setting includes more than 8000 acres with 11 miles of shoreline and access to the Atlantic Ocean. Plans call for a gated city including luxury homes, villages, town homes and condominiums. Motorsports celebrities, entertainers and athletes are among the Crescent Lakes advisory board and the lucky few who will call Crescent Lakes Home. The luxurious amenities planned for Crescent Lakes includes a 32 acre equestrian center, indoor skiing, snowboarding and ice skating, luxury clubhouse, youth center, and championship golf courses.
