Shiloh Industries Names Eric McAlexander Vice President of Operations

VALLEY CITY, OH--(Marketwired - Apr 14, 2014) - Ramzi Hermiz, president and CEO of Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO), a leading supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, announced today that Eric McAlexander has been named vice president operations.

"Eric has extensive global automotive operations experience, and his leadership will be critical to building on our success as we grow," said Hermiz. Eric McAlexander - Vice President Operations
McAlexander has an extensive background in the automotive parts industry, with a focus on global operations and manufacturing. Prior to Shiloh, McAlexander held various executive positions at Federal-Mogul Corporation, which he joined in 1993, including vice president, global supply chain; vice president, global operations; and senior vice president, global manufacturing and quality. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration of industrial management from Lambuth University.
