Shiming to Launch Two New Products

SHENZHEN, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 20, 2007 -- The Shiming group, currently incorporated as "Argenta Systems, Inc." (OTCBB: AGTA), a consumer electronics maker based in China, will release two new products geared toward the Chinese consumer market.

The first product is a 7-inch LCD digital photo frame, which can display photographs from a digital media card, without the use of a computer, camera or printer. The digital photo frame will also play MP3s and Windows Media Files while the photos are being displayed. The new product supports a wide variety of flash cards such as CF, MS, SD, MMC and SM. With a true color TFT screen, the photo frame provides a wide viewing angle and rich colors to display the user's favorite photos.

The second product is a multi-media player, which will be offered to the mass market later this month. This device, which is designed for plug-and-play home use, is capable of playing pay-per-view HDTV programs and other content downloaded from the internet. The product can play movies and music from many media formats (including the WMA, WAV, MP3Pro, ASF, AAC, VQF audio formats and MP4.AVC, PMP, RM, VCD, DVD, MPEG video formats).

Shiming's new multi-media player provides High-Definition (HD) Video through DVI digital video without signal loss, in one compact, convenient and easy-to-use device. To the consumer, this means users who previously used their personal computers to connect to HD televisions in order to view downloaded content can now use this dedicated multi-media player, which saves space, avoids slow start-up or "boot-up" delays, and frees up the personal computer for other uses.

"We are pleased to present two of our latest additions to Shiming's expanding line of consumer electronic products," said Shiming Wang, President and CEO of Argenta Systems, Inc. "After many months of research and development, and thanks to the hard work of our product designers and engineers, we believe we have developed two exciting products that have the potential to become very popular in the mass consumer market in China."
