Shiming to Participate in Trade Exhibitions for Electronic Products

SHANXI PROVINCE, CHINA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 16, 2007 -- Shiming U.S., Inc. (OTCBB: SGUS), a consumer electronics maker based in China, announced today that it is participating in upcoming trade exhibitions for electronic products as part of the company's marketing efforts in Europe and Asia.

To showcase its products to the European markets, the company is participating in the CEBIT Trade Show in Hanover, Germany, which began on March 15, 2007. In April 2007, Shiming will be participating in the Hong Kong Electronics Fair to promote its products to the Asian markets, especially Taiwan, Southeast Asia and India. The company will display its series of liquid crystal display (LCD) and high-definition television (HDTV) products at both trade exhibitions.

Shiming expects its participation in both trade exhibitions to increase its product orders. "We view our participation in these exhibitions as an important step in our plans to reach out to the international marketplace and gain exposure for our brand," said the company's Chief Executive Officer, Shiming Wang.
