Shine Holdings Announces Hormone Removal Process

CARY, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 1, 2007 -- Shine Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SHDG) today announced that features an interview with Chief Executive Officer, Brett S. Swailes. The discussion centers upon Shine's newly developed Hormone Removal Process.

Swailes explained his reasons for the timing of this interview: "We have just completed final determination of the needed methods and steps required for us to proceed with the commercialization of our Hormone Removal Process for water. These same compounds are a rapidly growing global concern and a looming regulatory problem for us here in the United States.
