Shine Subsidiary Becomes Distributor of HydroFlo PLUS Systems

CARY, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 10, 2006 -- Shine Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SHDG) today announces that Pipeline Treatment Systems (PTS), the Company's subsidiary, has executed a letter of intent with HydroFlo, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HYRF), to begin distribution of its patented PLUS™ System. The distribution agreement includes both domestic and worldwide markets.

The PLUS™ system eliminates hydrogen sulfide odor and reduces sludge at municipal and industrial treatment plants. It has provided dramatically increased handling capacity for existing wastewater treatment plants in varied locations across the country.
